Each store was approximately twenty four hundred square feet in footprint and was fully finished ready for service operations to commence including all equipment. They involved complex mechanical systems and the precise oil pit design and cast-in-place concrete with hollow-core suspended slabs.<\/p>\n<p>The Hamilton facility was the renovation of an existing service garage which required the construction of a basement, inside seventy five percent of the existing building footprint.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These projects were located in London, Barrie and Orilla, with all facilities being new build pad stores, consisting of three bay services centres built over a full basement plus sub basements.
