We have played a key role in the Pre-Construction &amp; Planning phases to set the project up for a successful Construction phase. Our team has established the budget for the client and worked alongside the design team guiding value engineering towards a budget that worked within the client\u2019s business model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, we have also completed an analysis on multiple structural systems, reviewing implications for budget, schedule, and constructability.
