Family reunification is one of the many objectives of the Immigration & Refugee Protection Act. Being separated from our loved ones is both stressful and financially burdensome – never mind the heartache of the inability to be with them. We offer assistance with Family Sponsorships including spouses, common law and conjugal partners, dependents, as well as parents/grandparents, so as to hasten the reunion.
Your organization needs to remain in complete compliance with all necessary regulations when it comes to foreign workers, which requires regular compliance reviews and integrity service reviews. Our services include on site attendance at your facilities to conduct a complete review and audit of your current documentation, as well as provide training on how to ensure continued compliance. We also offer assistance in the event of an ESDC or IRCC audit.
