With multiple lots conveniently located in the heart of downtown, Citi Plaza offers underground parking with Plaza access to a unique mix of office, business, education, recreation and retail providers.The combination of two separate lots offers parking for approximately 1500 vehicles with entrances off of Wellington and King Street for one lot and entrances off of York and Clarence for the other.Parking inquiries can be directed to the Administration Office.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm

Current Daily Rates

Hourly: $2.75 per 30 mins Daily: $13.50 max 6am – 6pm

Evening/Weekend: $6 Evening Max (5pm – 5am) and $6 Weekend Flat for first 8 hours ($2.75 per additional 30 mins)

Note: Monthly overnight parking is available – please inquire.

EV Charging

For your convenience, Citi Plaza has EV Chargers on site both in our Clarence Street Garage (P1 & P3) and our King Street Garage (P11 & P12) We ask that visitors requiring a charge only park in the designated spaces while charging ($6/hr).
