The Space

Featuring exposed brick walls, a stocked coffee bar and beautiful windows, The Space is a 700sqft interactive meeting area. Well-equipped with a 65” QLED TV, speakers, casting equipment, and multiple white board writing options, it is a great rental option for holding meetings and conducting larger photography or videography sessions.

The Space is located inside The Branding Firm Inc. and is available for rent as a highly functional and equipped meeting space (approx. 700 sq. ft). Included in your rental is the following:

7 modular tables
65” QLED TV with speaker/mic and casting capabilities
Access to WiFi
Coffee bar with access to a small bar fridge
8’ x 4’ glass whiteboard

Additional options include a modular whiteboard, coffee/water and beverages, lunch delivery. The Space is accessible and free parking is available onsite. It is also within walking distance of 100 Kellogg Lane, Powerhouse Brewery, The Club House and other local breweries.

The Space is rented on a half-day or full-day basis, subject to availability and currently only available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless special arrangements are made. In order to rent The Space, you must book a date and time at least one week in advance with our booking manager. You can email rentals@thebrandingfirminc.com to do so or call our office at 519-914-2810. A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your booking.

As a meeting space, The Space can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people with multiple set-up options, including boardroom style, U-shape, or classroom.

The Studio is located inside The Branding Firm Inc. at 1108 Dundas Street, Suite 100 in London, Ontario. In order to access The Studio, you must park at the back of the building off of Burbrook Place and enter in through the doors by the accessibility ramp and mailbox at the Northeast corner of the building. Once inside, go to the first office on your left and enter in through The Branding Firm Inc.
